Doctorate in Comparative Education from UNISA (University of South Africa). International teacher and management consultant with experience as owner/manager of a variety of small businesses. Taught in Canadian and New Zealand Universities. Did Community Economic Development and Strategic Planning in Indigenous communities in Canada, Zimbabwe and New Zealand. Trained entrepreneurs in Canada, New Zealand and Zimbabwe, training trainers, transferring and institutionalizing the technology in each case. Did strategic and operational planning for aboriginal institutions and training programs in the governance, education, social development, housing, economic development, health and justice sectors. Served as a provincial cabinet minister and a territorial deputy minister. Currently on Aboriginal Leadership and Management faculty at the Banff Centre. Serves as CESO/SACO Volunteer Associate, serving Canadian Indigenous and Developing Nations communities.
